Dietetics appointments are currently available for direct booking via our online booking system or by calling the clinic, for Tuesdays (telehealth only) and Fridays (in-clinic or telehealth).

We are not currently accepting waitlist requests for GP care
If you are a past patient of Dr. Megan Thomas and have not already received an email about your GP preferences, please complete the ‘GP Expression of Interest’ and ‘CHA Medical Records Transfer Request’.

Existing Client Bookings:
If you are an existing client wanting to rebook a consult with a clinician who you have seen before, click here.

This portal is not for new clients. If you book a consult with a CHA Clinician who you are not under the current care of, your consult will be removed. Note that if you are seeking to re-engage in care with a CHA clinician who you have previously seen, you will be considered a new client.
We will notify existing clients when bookings become available.
Rescheduling a Session.
Consults can be cancelled online. The link for this can be found on the consult confirmation email sent automatically by our system Cliniko when a consult is booked.
