Connected Health Alliance is an ACNC Registered Charity led by lived experience clinicians. Our mission is twofold: to deliver high-quality healthcare through an innovative, client-centred model, and to support the wider clinical community through education, mentorship, and research.​

Our practice has a pressing need for skilled and compassionate allied health and medical clinicians. As awareness of Heritable Connective Tissue Disorders continues to grow, so too does the urgent need for trusted, knowledgeable services in this space - a gap we are committed to addressing.
Seeking Expressions of Interest.
​We're looking for clinicians who:

Have a passion for working with clients who have Hypermobility & Co and Hereditary Connective Tissue Disorders, and a track record of engagement in this space (e.g. EDS ECHO and/or relevant conference attendance, mentoring, self-study).

Medical or allied health professionals who have at least two years of clinical experience.

Commitment to affirming and inclusive care - respecting and supporting diverse neurotypes, genders, sexualities, abilities, ethnicities and lived experiences.

Willingness to participate in ongoing mentoring and professional development related to this client group. Depending on your interests and capacity, there may also be opportunities to contribute to research or other projects within the clinic.

We value flexibility and pacing - you'll have control over your schedule, including the number of clients and hours you take on. Whether you prefer telehealth, in-person work (based in Wollongong), or a mix of both, we’re open to discussing what works best for you. We're also open to discussing any other accommodate you may have.

Slow healthcare - we're not about rushed, 15 minute consults. Our model supports thoughtful, extended sessions that allow you to truly address complex client needs - without the pressure of high caseload turnover.

Strong internal referrals - you'll have access to a large and established client base actively seeking support.

Collaborative, interdisciplinary practice - every Friday, we hold case conferencing where the team comes together to discuss client care. This is a key part of how we collaborate, learn, and grow together.

Supportive, 'all teach, all learn' environment - enjoy access to mentoring across our team, a comprehensive internal clinic resource library, and regular professional development. We’re part of a broader community of warm, engaged clinicians who value shared learning.

Minimal admin load - we handle the majority of the administrative work for you and are constantly refining our systems to reduce clinician burden - so you can focus on the work you love.

This is a contractor role with a competitive commission per consult and paid mandatory professional development.​​
