About CHA.
Connected Health Alliance (CHA) was borne out of deep frustration with how the healthcare system manages individuals with complex chronic illness. Our founding board (Nicole Frost, Dr Megan Thomas, Savita Sandhu) are all proud Hypermobile patients and highly skilled clinicians; determined to make a difference to the future care of Zebras.

CHA is a Registered Charity and not-for-profit organisation, registered with the ACNC. All funds go towards the ongoing expenses associated with running the organisation and our awareness raising initiatives including clinician education and research.

Our Vision.
At Connected Health Alliance, our vision is to create a world where individuals living with hypermobility spectrum disorders (HSD), Ehlers-Danlos Syndromes (EDS), and related conditions receive the comprehensive, compassionate care they deserve. As a not-for-profit organisation, we are committed to improving the lives of those affected by these complex conditions by providing patient-centred healthcare, quality clinician education, and by contributing to research.
