Niloshan has a deep understanding of mind-body medicine and how our experiences shape our health. His approach is inclusive and trauma-informed, centering the patient’s lived experience and knowledge of their own health.
Niloshan’s partner has lived experience of EDS & Co, which has given him many insights into what it’s like to live with these conditions. He is continuing to upskill in integrative medicine and management of EDS/HSD and related issues. He is looking forward to learning more through working with the community.
Outside of medicine, Niloshan enjoys practising yoga and meditation, sitting around a fire, and spending time with his family. He feels most at home among mountains, trees, and the ocean.
